Make Reservations

Sigma Tau Delta has reserved a block of rooms for the convention at a special group rate. The room rate is $122 per night for single to quadruple occupancy (excluding taxes). This special group rate is available until the room block is full.

Only a limited number of rooms are available at the group rate and this block of rooms may fill before the March 8th deadline. Please make your reservations early. If you have difficulties making your reservations, email sigmatd@niu.edu.

We must receive your request by February 21, 2011. Sigma Tau Delta is not responsible for roommate compatibility. Attendees are responsible for their own reservations and expenses.

Ground Transportation

If you are flying in, Sigma Tau Delta has arranged for a special fare with SuperShuttle to travel the 17 miles between Pittsburgh International Airport and the Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown.

SuperShuttle will provide service for Sigma Tau Delta members at the discounted rate of $19 one way, and $34 roundtrip from the Pittsburgh International Airport to the Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown. To receive the roundtrip discount, you must book online in advance at www.supershuttle.com and enter the discount code: NW6ZD.

When you arrive at Pittsburgh International Airport take the tram to the landside section of the airport, lower level, baggage claim area.The SuperShuttle desk is located near the car rental counters and is staffed from 9 a.m. to midnight daily. After hours, use the kiosk to get your SuperShuttle boarding pass.
