February 16, 2010 - The Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch is sold out on Thursday, March 18. There are a few single rooms left for the nights of March 19, March 20, and March 21 at a special group rate of $119 per night (excluding taxes).

Alternate Hotel

Sigma Tau Delta has arranged for additional hotel rooms at the Crowne Plaza St. Louis-Downtown, located directly across the street from the convention hotel. The Sigma Tau Delta convention rate is $115 per night (excluding taxes).

We must receive your request by February 21, 2010. Sigma Tau Delta is not responsible for roommate compatibility. Attendees are responsible for their own reservations and expenses.

Ground Transportation

There are two economical options to travel the 15 miles from Lambert-St. Louis International Airport to the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch:

Light rail trains (MetroLink) connect the main and east terminals of Lambert-St. Louis International Airport to the downtown area. Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch guests can exit at 8th and Pine Street (the hotel is at 4th and Pine St.) just minutes from the hotel. Trains run approximately every 30 minutes from 5:02 a.m. to 12:48 a.m. The cost is $3.75 to/from the airport; tickets are sold at each stop. For passenger pickup in the Main Terminal, exit Door MT1 on the upper level east of the American Airlines Credit Union. Passenger pickup in the East Terminal is south of the terminal accessible through the parking garage on all levels.
MetroLink timetables and information

Shuttle service (GO BEST Express) shared ride vans leave the airport daily every 15-30 minutes between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m. transporting passengers to downtown hotels. The special convention rates are $14/one-way and $27/round-trip per person. Advance reservations are recommended or tickets may be purchased at GO BEST Express Airport Service Counters located near the baggage carousels—in the Main Terminal, at MT12 near American Airlines Baggage Carousel 2 and at M17 near the USO and Baggage Carousel 6; and in the East Terminal, at ET12.
