1. I chose to become an English Major because I wanted to bring a deeper understanding to the books that I read (and why not spend my college career reading and talking about books?).
2. My favorite part about being an English Major is seeing the plots of the books I read play out in the world around me (for better or for worse). It makes me more empathetic to others circumstances and broadens my perspective of those involved.
3. The last book I read was To Green Angel Tower by Tad Williams.
4. My favorite book is: There are too many. Some of my favorites are The Book Thief (Markus Zusak), The Will of the Many (James Islington), Jane Eyre (Charlotte Brontë), and All the Light We Cannot See (Anthony Doerr).

6. The last book I bought was The Bone Shard Daughter by Andrea Stewart, but I haven’t read it yet.
7. My favorite book to movie adaptation is The Perks of Being a Wallflower.

11. My favorite childhood memory is going to Half Price Books when they still had the shelves for a quarter and being able to leave with a stack of books.

12. Growing up, I was sure I would be a chef or a politician.
13. My first job was as a dance instructor.
14. My dream job is managing a program for college aged students focused on community engagement and promoting volunteerism.
